What if the body could say everything that words cannot?

Souldance is an intentional dance practice, created to free the body from rigid patterns and allow emotion to find movement.
More than a technique or a choreography, it is an invitation to let go of control and return the body to its natural language.

The experience combines guided movements—which help open the body, awaken energy, and build confidence—with spaces for free movement, where there are no instructions to follow, only the music and inner listening leading the way.
Here the body moves as it needs to move.

Through dance, pent-up or postponed emotions find a safe way of expression.
In some sessions, the movement can be performed blindfolded, as a way to deepen the experience, reduce the feeling of being observed, and facilitate a more authentic surrender to feeling.

Souldance is always held in a caring and respectful space, where there is no right or wrong, only the truth of the body expressing itself.

Each session can include:

Guided body opening
Progressive energy activation
Free movement with intentionally selected music
Blindfolded explorations (optional)
Integration and conscious closure

The practices are adapted to the context of the group or the individual process.
